Affectionate Thomas came from a situation of too many cats and people not being able to properly provide for him and the many others. 
Thomas likes to settle in on his foster moms lap. He has been social with the other cats. 
This boy is RTG. He is UTD on vaccinations, felv/fiv test negative, neutered, dewormed, flea prevention & microchipped. A meet & greet can be arranged.
