All she needs is T.L.C. Needed a family to love, spoil and keep this declawed girl safely inside. When her owner passed away family members simply discarded this inside cat to the so call great outdoors. After becoming a LCPR cat she now has flea meds and everything needed to be healthy. Pepper will be a beautiful, medium haired cat when fully recovered from the neglect of the flea allergy.

Pepper welcomes attention and to be petted and was good with cats in the foster home. Dogs unknown. 8yrs old.
