Ok, Louie is not your typical Chihuahua. After being found at a rural car wash, he was picked up and cleaned up taken home by someone that really wanted to keep him but the landlord said no. While he may look composed and confident, he is NOT. He must have been dumped so many times, he has severe anxiety when left alone. I can understand why he feels this way. He will bond with someone very quickly, as soon has he feels safe. Then you cannot leave his sight! Ever! Poor little guy just wants to be with her person forever, who can blame him?
