This adorable little guy was found on the side of the road, unable to use his back legs. It appears that something was wrapped around his body right behind his tummy, like a hair band or rubber band. He had open wounds where it had been. We used supportive wraps and physical therapy on his back legs and now you would never know he couldn't walk before! He is now learning kitty manners and getting stronger by the day. Sweet little guy needs a home where he will be loved after all he has been thru!
