2-3 y/o spayed black/tan doberman, vaccines and heartworm prevention up to date. she was treated for heartworms in late January, left rear leg amputated about three weeks ago. loves other dogs and every person she meets. She wants to play a bit rough with the cats, so I would say probably no cats or possibly a very calm, dog-savy cat would be ok. She is house/crate trained, very easy keeper. She does, however, still want to chase cars, so I would say a fenced yard is a must for her. She is too young/energetic to try to just leash walk for exercise, but because of her only having three legs her walks would have to be limited of course. She rides decently in the car, except she needs to be either crated or restrained in some way as she will try to "chase" cars that drive by... She is a very sweet girl that just wants to play and curl up on the couch with you when she's done playing.

This girl was rescued from Animal Control in horrible shape. She had an unhealed broken leg, heartworm positive and emaciated. We have 2 before and 2 after pictures .  Her foster mom took her in and has helped her heal and she is now ready for her forever home.  The life she has led so far, this poor girl deserves to be treated like a queen!
