This poor dog came into animal control starved.  He is now in foster care, gaining weight and learning what it is to be a loved pet.  Updates to follow

1-7-14  Barkley is doing great!  He is good with dogs and cats and is just the sweetest boy you can imagine.

5-14 Barkley, now named Ollie is the perfect dog.  He still bears the scars from before he was rescued but that is it.  He loves everyone and everything!  He is beautiful inside and out.
