Polly is one little miracle.  She was rescued along with her 4 litter mates and her mom from animal control.  Shortly after,  the pups fell very ill and her litter mates did not survive.  Polly was very ill for quite a while but finally turned a corner and look at her now.  She is a very calm, soft pup about 6 months old.  Her breed mix is a guess.  She is very intelligent, working on her house training, crate trained, good with cats and dogs.
